“Part 1: The Surprise"Meaghen! Go get the mail!", yells Mrs. Thrayer."In a few I'm texting!", Meaghen Thrayer yells back."You and your cell phone!", Meaghens mom states.Meaghen's phone rings, it is her best friend. "Hey Lils", says Meaghen."Meggy, want to go to the mall today?", says Lily."Totally, I got to go. See you at seven." Meaghen then hangs up not letting her friend finish.You may ask what this is all about, why do I have to go get the mail, why is this a surprise, well, hold on and I'll finish.As I run to the mail box I noticed that our neighbors have begin packing for summer vacation. I was sure I was not doing anything for summer, but going to my dad's for a few cook outs. As I got to the mail box , I noticed a BIG package in there. I figured it was from my dad (He is on a business trip in Japan). I ran inside as soon as I got the mail, threw the junk on our coffetable, and ran to my room to read my mail from my dad.Dear Megret,I wish you could be here in Japan, the scenery is beautiful, and the people are delightful. I bought you quite a bite of things and hope your mother doesn't get too mad. There is one thing I know you will like more than anyhting else that I did not get from Japan, I ordered it off the internet. Everything else is genuie Japaneese. Enjoy!-Your loving daddyI always enjoyed the presents from my dad, but it was 6:30 and Lily would be there early like she always was. I had to pick out an adorable outfit to go with what ever Lily had put together, I knew it would be wonderful. I picked out my jean mini skirt with red leggings, my Jonas Brothers hoddie, and some red converse. As the doorbell rang I had just finished brushing my teeth."Coming!", I yelled."I just let myself in cause you're taking forever!", yells Lily."Way to walk in to my house uninvited.", I joked."Let's go the mall will be closed by the time we get there.", Lily said.I followed Lily to her car. Well, it was actually her mom's car she was just borrowing it. As usual me and Lily blasted the Jonas Brothers on the speakers the whole way there. We would sing to every song, and as Goodnight and Goodbye came on I had no choice, it was my favorite song."Hold on tight It’s a roller coaster ride we're on so Say goodbye Cause I won't be back againUp and down you're all around Say goodnight and goodbye", me and Lils belt out."You are such a good singer, I mean it." Lily turns to me and says while Goodnight and Goodbye comes to an end."You have to say that you are my best friend.", I laughingly say as we park at the mall.As we neared the entrance of the mall, I cannot believe my eyes, it is the Jonas Brothers! At my mall, well, we do live in New Jersy. We had seen them many times before, but something felt special about this time. As I was gazing at Nick, I triped. Wow, they probally think I'm an idiot. Instead of laughing like Lily they come over asking if I'm alright. Woah, I must be knocked out they would never talk to me."Are you ok?", says a worried Kevin."Wow, you took a H-E-UGE spill.", Joe laughs.Then Nick, the cutest one (according to me), puts his hand out and offers to help me up. Nick did not say anything and niether did I. I don't know if I was too embarrassed or to in shock, but nothing came out.In the blink of an eye they were gone, wisked away by a crowd of screaming girls. I wondered if they would even remember me.Later that night I was on the laptop in my room reading about how the Jonas Brothers had been such gentlemen and helped up a fallen screaming fan. The thing is I was not a screaming fan, I was just too concentrated on Nick's eyes to notice anything else. Just then I remebered my dad's package. I jumped out of bed and ran across the room to open my big surprise.I couldn't help but scream, right there in my hands was two backstage passes to the Jonas Brothers Burning Up Tour 2008.
