I too was skeptical of this concept. I mean, come on, meeting random strangers online and then staying with them while traveling overseas when you are most vulnerable? The thing is, it isn't random. You get to read testimonials of other people who know them and who have stayed with them. Plus, don't you just like the idea that people in the world are basically good, not evil? As I write this, I can't help to think my unborn children will one day read this and use it as ammo to get me to agree to let them do adventurous things.
