“Someone needs to do this for youth leaders. I've recently heard the statistic that the average ministry life for youth leaders and youth pastors is now around 7-9 months (crazy eh?). That must mean that Grant is an absolute legend. Tell him the next time you see him. ”

Does anyone else find this a little disturbing? That means that youth may have four or five leaders in their high school years.
