Yes, guilt does creep up on occasion. Unfortunately, I guess, the guilt seems to lessen with time and familiarity (another words, the more you cheat, the easier it gets).
I do find lots of time to be with my kids and family. My work schedule is pretty flexible, so sometimes I leave a few hours early and meet up. Last night, was a dinner date, so I was home later than usual..but that's the exception rather than the rule. :)
Believe it or not..that was the view I had of Keith the other day in his sweats! Sweeet!
